General Questions

Dartegrid offers highly competitive prices for high-quality services. 

Our prices reflect the service provided and the languages involved in its development and delivery. Our team is international, based in different countries, taking into account the differences in living costs. This means that we charge higher rates for work carried out by our team in certain countries compared to others. 

The payment process depends on the service: for most services we require an up-front payment corresponding to a percentage of the overall service, with additional payments required as the work progresses.  

The payments can be made through PayPal, bank transfer, debit and credit card. 

If you can't find the service or package you're looking for, you can request a customized quote. Get a Quote. 

Branding and Design services

Yes, we welcome and encourage input from clients on the design of their logo or business card. We will work closely with you to ensure the final design meets your expectations. 

Yes, you will receive the final design files in multiple formats such as JPEG, PNG, and vector (EPS, AI) so that you can use them for different purposes. 

A brandbook, also known as a style guide or brandbook, is a document that describes and defines the visual and verbal elements of a brand, including the logo, color palette, typography, imagery, tone of voice, and messaging. It serves as a reference for anyone creating materials for the brand, helping to ensure consistency and cohesion in its marketing and communication efforts.

Dartegrid offers social media marketing services that include the creation and management of social media accounts, content calendar development, creation and publishing of social media posts, execution of social media advertising campaigns, and analysis with report generation and metrics.

Website creation services

You can request a quote or purchase a website creation package that fits your needs. 

We can also assist you with exiting websites that need improvements. Please request a quote and provide us with details on what improvements you are looking for, a link to your current website and any other relevant details. 

We follow a 4-step process.  

We start by gathering your (user) needs. We want to know what your business and website goals are, the target audience and the content requirements. We'll ask you questions and guide you through the process. The more information you provide us, the better, so we can tailor our service to your specific needs. 

Please send us the written content, photos, videos, logos etc. for your new website. Don't worry, if some elements are missing - we provide copywriting and content creation services, just let us know what content you would like. 

This is the programming phase. This is when we build your website: everything from menus, buttons, animations, added typography, colours and relevant content. We are always attentive to the user of the site, to ensure a pleasant User Experience (UX). 

We will review the site with you, test it and launch it. Finally, we will discuss maintenance with you. Enjoy your new website!

Yes, Dartegrid provides copywriting and content creation services. Our team, with expertise in persuasive writing and compelling advertising copy, can assist in crafting captivating content to enhance the growth of your business. 

Dartegrid provides clients with the option to purchase maintenance packages to ensure ongoing website maintenance after its launch. 

Yes, you can add extras to any website, whether at the time of purchase or afterwards. Please follow this link to request a quote. 

You can access the online store and add the services you are interested to your cart, and proceed to the check out. Alternatively, you can ask for a quote by clicking here. 

When purchasing your new service in our online store, you will automatically receive a file to fill in with data so that we can start running the package or service. 

In case you have not received your questionnaire, you should send an email to geral@dartegrid.com to let us know. We will reach out to you and send you the questionnaire, so we can get to work. 

Each package/product/service purchased has a limited number of revisions/changes, you should consult the limit in the descriptions of the package/product/service, if you exceed the limit you will be notified by the Dartegrid team. You can choose to pay for new revisions. These revisions should not be structural, they should be reasonable and should amount to tweaks to your order. 

Hosting is not typically free. However, if you opt for a "Website Package", the Host/Accommodation is included.  You can always choose your desired type of Hosting or purchase it separately with us.  

If you opt for a "Website Package", 1 Domain ".pt", ".com" or ".eu" is included. With that said, you can always choose your desired type of Domain or purchase it separately with us, depending on your needs. 

All our packages have assistance throughout the project and up to 7 days after completion. Later you can purchase a monthly or annual maintenance plan. 

Some packages/services do not have annual/maintenance costs, you can consult this additional information on the page of each service/package in the "Maintenance Cost" section.
